"It breaks my heart to write this review, as I am not one to negatively review restaurants on TA, however, we felt the review necessary. Firstly, I’d like to mention that we were extremely excited to try this restaurant, based on the wonderful reviews and...it’s rating by Michelin. However, we were both extremely disappointed with the experience. While staff was lovely and the wine/dessert were delicious (we ordered the citron and yuzu cream dessert), the appetizers were average at best, and the entree was truly inedible. We started with the pappardelle and the thon tartare. The thon served in leche de Tigre was delicious, but the pasta dish was mediocre and vastly under salted (it didn’t really taste like anything). Then, we ordered the fish of the day which was okay, and the gambas with risotto. I’m sad to say that the risotto was, put bluntly, inedible and tasted like you were biting into a block of parmesan cheese, to the point that you could not taste anything else present in the dish. Sadly, we would not recommend this restaurant despite the positive reviews. It was by far the worst meal we had on our trip, including local brasseries we ate at throughout the south of France and in Corsica as well. If the wine and dessert were the only things we ordered, we would gladly return. However for an entire dining experience, we would likely go for a smaller, more local spot next time."

"We had a marvelous menu of different fishes. The service was very friendly but not attentive. One thing is for sure:: Theole atmosphere is incredible! I would recommend going In the evening."
