"I had the 500 gram pork ribs. Very nice. Souce a little to sweet for my liking. The crispy skin baby potatoes not crispy. Only a few green beans. A few more would have been good. My wife had a very nice steak. Cooked to perfection....med rare. As were the ribs. The meat fell off the bone. Same issue with potatoes and beans. Good pepper sauce. If you fancy hot chips as an extra....beware the serving is huge....lol. Nice bottle of shiraz. An expensive meal but worth it."

"Saturday night dinner downstairs for six. It was good as it was fairly quiet so were able to hear our conversations. Staff were very attentitive and jovial and joined in our banter. After we placed our order, drinks and house bread & oil and their spiced pepitas were quickly presented on our table, a very nice surprise. Our meals were delicious and filling especially the slow cooked lamb shoulder which came with a bowl of jammy black rice. We ordered potatoes, greens and pumpkin as extra sides, and they were devoured. Definitely worth going to."

"Haven't been here for quite some time, so took the in-laws for a belated birthday dinner. We were greeted by Nick in his usual professional and friendly manner. Once seated my wife and her father were given a complimentary drink for their respective birthdays which was a nice touch. I have never had pasta at Cardone's as I could never go past the seafood platter, but I decided to brave it and make a change and I wasn't disappointed. I had the Linguine, Prawns, Scallops, Clams, Snapper, Napoli & Chilli which was fantastic. Now I'll have to come back again and check out other items on the menu."

"I divorced here on a busy Saturday night. late; almost 9 o'clock after the order. personal friendly, efficient and timely. I realized that both waiters were a little out of control, but professional. my partner ordered the bologaise and I ordered the pappardelle . both in a rich tomato-based sauce. the pasta was delicious and generous in portion. after a few mouthful I realized that the pasta sauce was so spicy! I would honestly give him an 8/10 for warmth; despite tasteful and tasty. I let the waitress know and she said she would let the cook know. Although the pasta is unhappy hot for me, I will return as it is very authentic and tasty."
