"Delicious! A friend recommended this place for brunch. I had the smoked salmon sliders chicken and waffles. Enjoyed my food and my family all enjoyed their meals. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating (my grandma has a seafood and berryallergy, and my mother is a picky eater). Would love to come back here and try their dinner menu! Great dining experience"

"We had a group of 23 people. We were seated quickly, placed drink and food orders quickly. The food was okay. I order Whiskey Glaze Sampler with Ribs, Shrimp and Chicken Bites: Ribs were overcooked, chicken bites were cooked hard, fried shrimp was just okay. The fries were soft and good, Whiskey Glaze Sliders were okay but better with glaze sauce. Waitress brought out Cotton Candy Cosmo with no Cotton candy"

"My new Fiancée and I were celebrating our engagement at the JW Marriott. Our whole stay was an amazing experience except for our dinner at Primo. We arrived at 8:30 for our reservation and were sat by the host. Nice quiet atmosphere. After our server introduced himself and brought water and the wine we ordered, he was non existent. We had to keep calling other staff members to help us take our orders, clean the table etc. Our appetizers were ordered with our server’s assistance (baby kale salad and arancini) made it to the table 45 minutes later by 9:15. Only one out of the 2 pizzas we ordered made it by 9:50 as the other one was overcooked and we had to cancel it. Our server again was careless until the host sat a party of about 15 people next to us where he appeared for the second time the whole night. Our reservation was made by the hotel concierge who made a note that it was our engagement but no one seemed to care. For a recommended restaurany by the “michelin guide”, the food was rather OK, but this was a very disappointing and even frustrating experience considering the high level of service at the hotel and the occasion we were celebrating. I did not want to make a big deal out of it at the spot as my fiancée and I were trying to enjoy and celebrate but I really hope the service at the restaurant improves."

"I'm going to eat and drink with one or more of my friends a month. The service was good (Bryce is our favorite waiter! The happy hour deals aren't bad either. Two for a delicious drinks and quarters for glass prices. My favorite part is that special requests are always received with a smile. No celery on the Italian salad? No problem."
