"Half our order was missing then I opened what we did get (stir fry with extra/2nd protein) and it’s missing the chicken but has the steak. I’ve never had bad service when I order from here so I was surprised. I called the store and an associate named Darryl. He said I would see the credit in the morning, I hope I do and will gladly change this rating when/if it comes through. Edit: great customer service! Got an email from Mark stating the credit went through and got a promo code which I will definitely use. Again, this place has great food, just guessing it was an off night which is understandable!"

"I was skeptical about the name, but this place has very good poke! I didn't try the sushi, even though my friend did, and he said the sushi with hot cheetos was a unique experience. Their soft shell fried crab is particularly good. Average waiting times for food, maybe 5 minutes, and the waiting staff were all polite and helpful. UWU"

"We had a large party reservations on the outdoor patio to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived the hostess had no clue about our reservation and there was no room on the patio. Reservation had been confirmed twice beforehand! They blamed the mixup on the day crew not communicating the information. We had to sit inside the very noisy hot room the service was terrible! It was obvious that they lacked the staff and they got slammed all at once. When we finally received our food it was not at all the quality that we expected or had received in the past. Soup was lukewarm, fries were soggy the fish tacos were a joke!! It was overall a pretty bad experience I felt badly for the birthday boy who unfortunately did not receive the celebration he had hoped."

"We're so happy that we tried this place on a recent road trip. We ordered online (2 16 pizzas, which did not appear on the menu in the store and did not see the vegan sausage listed on the online menu. I called and they said to simply mention it in the comments section and they would add it to the pizza. Two pizzas (the 16's that is was enough for 2 adults and 4 kids (with leftovers! and they didn't even charge extra for the vegan sausage! There's also no upcharge for the vegan cheese. So, the only negative, was that I requested our pizzas be ready at 615 and we did end up having to wait until 645. However, I wouldn't hesitate to go back and order again!"
