"Ordered a burrito, no cheese, due to my dairy allergy. My order was delivered with cheese, so I gave back the burrito and asked for no cheese. Another guy came along and tried to give me my money back (in cash, even though I paid with credit). I asked him to refund the card. He refused and shut the window. Now i am sitting here wondering whether I will get a new burrito (that hasn't been spit in) or end up being shorted the money I already paid..."

"Ordered Carne Asada fries for $9.25, which is about a dollar cheaper than other Filibertos, but it was lacking in the quantity department. I opened the box and it look like someone took a meat dump on my fries, not very appetizing. Also the meat had a peculiar taste to it, like they tryin to add a little different flavor....FAIL!!!"

"Burrito had too many onions. Rolled tacos had beans slapped on top of them. Gross. They are usually on the side. Guacamole was on the side, as requested, but it was dark and not okay to eat. The rice is always consistent."
