"This place has an salad on the menu, the other ~40 items are all tartes flambée. and they can try a lot of them if they offer them on their all you can eat. so this works: they sign a few friends, agree on a tart, share the tart from the same plate and order the next, either immediately or if they are ready. they can not stay on the plate for as long as 1/4 of a tart. the great part: even if their companions are all all modes as long as they can agree on the vegan cream as basic (and why not they, it is really not much different than the milk version), the personal will be happy to be a section of the tart free from animal products. half of the tarte arrabiata (bacon, tomaten, olive, chili, garlic) with smoked tofu instead of speck? no problem. their companions want the tarte with sweeter sawn, celestial, amaretti crunch and custard? the personal will be sure to save a quarter of the tart of amaretti and custard trust me, it's still delicious and if you want a tart that the others don't want and they want one you don't eat? the personal doesn't make it to prep one for them. the concept is simple and honest not so special. but what surprised me and why I will give this place a full partitur was the professionalism and courtesy of the service team to make proaktiw suggestions as they (partly) veganize a tarte. even if they are reluctant because they do not want to be regarded as complicated before their companions, the waitress will derive their doubt. in contrast to other places that serve omnis, I have never felt that I had to guess twice when what she served vegan or not. all in all, I felt very welcome and I look forward to coming back in any case."
