Notably, Sazon is very similar to Sofrito; offering a similar menu, vibe and the same delicious Puerto Rican flavors. However, as it pertains to the ambiance, I do feel like Sazon has more of a “clubby” feel. Nevertheless, both of these upscale Puerto Rican restaurants are delicious and notably are very popular destinations for birthday dinners."

"We had tkts to a show and one of our party was late. But they served us and let him join us late. Everyone that served our table was pleasant, relaxed, professional. The cocktails and food were excellent and then the desserts and the coffee were the cherry on top! Perfection from start to finish! We’re definitely looking forward to going back soon!!"

"Authentic delicious FOOD. Mole is a 10/10. Highly attentive, friendly SERVICE. Combo of excellent food service is very hard to beat on the UES, especially with such an extensive selection of quality tequilas mezcals. Since we started coming here a few months ago, it’s quickly become our favorite neighborhood spot. A big plus: The owner, Maria, loves dogs and has been quite kind to ours (offering us a tablecloth for her to lie down on since she doesn’t like the concrete floor outside)! This is a family-owned restaurant, and it shows in how they treat their customers."

"My appetite is a happy camper since I started doing Uber deliveries. I’ve been able to discover so much delicious food and local favorites.Normally, after picking up from a certain restaurant over four times, I start asking the customer’s opinion of the food at drop off.This particular customer responded that at that point they ordered from this restaurant every day for the past three days. I was convinced and had to try.The rotisserie chicken is tinder, well seasoned yet and cooked perfectly. You can choose between white and dark pieces. The flavor sits within each bite of meat, the Sofrito rice compliments perfectly with the beans.And that garlicky sauce, OMG….that’s how you could wind up eating from El Nuevo Tina for next three days."
