"Historic Caba Helmet. You have the Casa Rosada (I think it is closed to the public), the Cabildo (free entrance), and the Metropolitan Cathedral, where is the coffin of General San Martín. A lot of history where you look. A very important fact. Don't get the SUBE card on Caba. Nowhere. Neither kiosks, Lotteries, nor subway stations. Therefore it complicates you to mobilise for caba, as to walk in subway, train, and urban collective, you can only use the Sube (super monopolized). If you're going to come to Caba, you'd better see someone lend you a card. Another method to travel, can be using orange bicycles (it is cheap), but on foot (they are long distances, coming with good slippers). But yes. Don't get a card up in a caba, because there's no card directly."
