"Reached out to Ambur kitchen for my son's bday party catering order, the owner was kind enough to prepare Mutton Briyani in seeraga samba rice instead of their signature basmati rice, the taste was really good and masala was light since no ajinamoto and good oil were used, so from kids to elder people enjoyed d food without any issues. A spl mention to the mutton used in briyani, it was soo tender and well cooked, on squeezing it got breakdown into small pieces. Our 85yr old family member was able to enjoy the meat without too much chewing. The chkn gravy and chkn 65 was really good. The owner was kind when taking orders and agreed to all our changes in food preferences and cooked food exactly as we expected. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family for catering orders who love to server briyani in their functions. Meal type: Lunch"
