"This would rival Edmonton's famous Lingnan's food. Small eat-in location but the food is delicious. Must try for all those living in south Edmonton. Exotic fish tank is a nice treat for kids big and small. Food is made fresh so don't expect a quick grab from a food warmer."

"DELICIOUS! We love this place. We didn't order anything we didn't like. The chicken balls are not only full of bread. They are well mixed with meat. The portions are huge and dinner for 4 for our family of 4 (Kids are 12 and 14), is much toooo much! We always have many remains we love. We love the free noodles we get when we spend a certain amount. They always have our food as fast as lighting, and it is always hot and fresh."

"I had not eaten tropical for two years and was excited to order. my lemongras chicken was at least chopped and no taste, my early rolls were old and then returned to send hot. my Thai green curry was too spicy and...not tasteful. Oh, what a disappointment! the sambalen were good. it came to cucks that I felt torn off. pm so it is not as if it was time to close."

"What started out as a limited invite for the opening, supposedly restricted to Food Bloggers, Columnists etc all of a sudden got opened up to everyone via a post on their Facebook page. Judging from the number of people who say they will attend this is going to be an extremely crowded event. Since this is a renaming and re-opening under same ownership they may be able to handle a large crowd the first night but that remains to be seen. Well, crowd wasn't huge but it was busy. The bar was fine but the kitchen had trouble keeping up. Mid Range food quality at VERY high end prices.
