"The staff were lovely and even offered me a warm blanket if I wanted to sit outside in the sun as it was still only 7C degrees. My chocolate fudge brownie was delicious as was the coffee. Keep up the good work guys!"

"Ordered on Deliveroo customer service was appalling. They ran out of the item I wanted and asked if I wanted to swap for something else but couldn’t confirm if I would get the difference refunded if it was cheaper than my original item. I didn’t want to swap and asked if I could cancel my order explaining that one of two couldn’t eat then. The man continued to be extremely argumentative and said “bad luck” before hanging up on me. Won’t be eating here again the food is overpriced anyway."

"PappaRich is friendly fast served family restaurant. It's convenient restaurant after shopping. 4 Chicken wings and fried chicken dishes were okay Tasty and most likely frozen premade food. 2 Noodles were sweet and warm. It's edible but not freshly made."

"Tried the Glenny laksa king for the first time. Picked the classic Hainan chicken rice decent chicken, amazing chili sauce and nice veg sides. Rice itself was a bit sticky/overcooked but decent overall.<br/ <br/ The beef Curry laksa isn't traditional but the flavours were good. Serving was a bit small otherwise decent place."

"Previously located in Glen Waverley, this franchise has now moved to Clayton. <br/>Ambience: 3/5. Ambience was average. Simple decors with menus ready on the table. <br/>Food: 4/5. Ordered the kolo mee combo, pan mee and the special soup. Was a big fan of the special soup. The meat was tender and portion was reasonable. However, the taste has changed over the years. The soup lacking in flavour and was not hot enough when it was served. <br/>Service: 4/5. Good service. They were quick to serve us and take orders. <br/>Overall a good place to go to for a quick and simple Sarawak Malaysian food."

"To try:<br/ penang beef cheek curry, my favourite dish to get from Pok Pok, it makes it hard for me to try the other dishes!<br/ flat rice noodles, seasoned well and very flavourful<br/ kao soi chiang mai chicken curry (pictured), a very hearty dish. Beware, portion is huge!<br/ <br/ To skip:<br/ corn fritters, I think they're better described as balls of dough with minimal corn<br/ <br/ A lunchtime favourite, Pok Pok always delivers a comforting meal."

I was reluctant to visit this place since it looked fancy from outside but I am glad I tried it! I tried the Famous Kay's Chicken and Egg Tempura Don. Kay's Chicken was basically fried chicken, salad, rice and special mayo sauce together. It was sweet and savoury and chicken tasted fresh and juicy. Best of all, it was only $8.9 : Egg Tempura Don was a bit bland but well balanced overall. It was more savoury than sweet"
