"This is one of the more traditional Spanish restaurants along this restaurant strip but as we were in Spain it was what we wanted to experience. The waiters were very welcoming and friendly and we received some complimentary appetisers which was great! Great selection of wine with reasonable prices. All the food we ordered was freshly cooked and delicious no frozen chips here! My entrecote steak was excellent quality and enormous but meant there was plenty to share with my children!"

"Someone reviewed they had the best pizza in Spain here, I think they need to get out more! We had a pizza, it was terrible. Service was hit and miss. Our waiter was ok but then when coming to pay the bill another chap came with the card machine, I specifically said to his grumpy face (and yes we were always nice) I'd like to pay in euros, he nodded, after the transaction I realised the he had charged my card in GBP! even though he nodded to acknowledge my request for euros! he didn't even bother to ask if everything was ok etc just walked off after taking the money. That says it all really they are not bothered about customers just the money. Food quality was below average we have had in Platja over the many visits here. Luckily we didn't spend too much money or time here and got off lightly but I would suggest eating somewhere else where the food quality and service is better. It wasn't exactly busy!"
