"Very good price for quality. they didn't have our reservation, but there was a table and everything went great. there are boxes that are available for them to take rest, but they must pay for it. nothing special, just a small fee."

"It doesn't help when you are a traveller that doesn't speak the country language. Although, we are quite used to pointing and trying to get our message across we are never prepared for bad service. Our waitress was as unpleasant as a person in the service industry could get. Bless her heart maybe she had a bad day??? The food was good I do recommend the ribs."

"This restaurant is real ‘seen you coming’ stuff! Almost can’t believe they’re being serious it must be a joke. We are in central Portugal regularly and when so eat out constantly and this is the worst restaurant at which we have dined....It’s as if the owner has seen a brasserie style restaurant somewhere else in the world, and has tried to recreate it but with no idea of the standard of food, service or just about anything that is required except an attempt at decor! Even if it was cheaper, it would be no good the food was virtually inedible. I had seafood pasta dried, packet spaghetti (like a child’s after school dinner) obviously cooked and left some time before, probably reheated; the ends of the spaghetti were stuck together in a clump, the prawns had been added with shells on so that the ‘antenna’ had fallen off to join spaghetti (not pleasant to eat). Just dreadful. My husband had the worst steak for the highest price he has ever had in Portugal mostly fat. I can not cook well but honestly, I could prepare both of our meals better...or I would not serve them! And as others have said, disinterested, rude service. Definitely leave this ‘restaurant’ to the pseudo business clientele on expenses who appeared to not know that it should be much, much better..."
