"We’ve been to Vishala twice now, during road trips from Bangalore to Kerala. And we stopped off at Vishala because the breakfast we have had there is good. No frills, nothing fancy, just plain good food.<br>

We’ve tried the Mysore masala dosa, regular masala dosa, plain dosa, idli and vadas there. And all items are really good. And add to that some good strong coffee, and we have a real winner.<br>

Location – part of Hotel Paradise. I’m not from Mysore so not sure about how convenient it is or how centrally located, but it was pretty easy to find with the GPS.<br>

Service – we have always landed up pretty early and they are just starting, but even then it has been good.<br>

Value for money – definitely.<br>

"Good hotel and well known to all who'd like to eat vegetarian food in Mysore.About the service, there's no reason to complain as Staff and the Captain especially were very helpful.The Food, is OK but not really Good as people did tell me.The restaurant immediately shows its age when you step in(its built somewhere in the late 1970's , and glasses & crockery still remind of that initial purchases of the hotel), and the table linen is not always clean nor washed.It's somewhat a nostalgic place to dine, especially in the evenings but apart from that , Nothing exceptional to tell about."

"This is the easiest place for malayalees living in the city to have Kerala food. Their menu comprises solely of Kerala specialities like puttu and kadala , Kerala porotta, biriyani , ghee rice , various fish fries and the usual meals along with various Malabar delicacies( mostly for breakfast). It's authentic Kerala food and a majority of the crowd coming here will be malayalees and the doctors and medical students from KR hospital. The seating space is limited. Fast service , hot food and cheap rates makes this place a favourite among the student crowd. Important point, they deliver breakfast and supper during the fasting days for Muslims with all the specials like thari and pathal."
