"At first it was bad, but then, it got awesome. We called to make a reservation people), but when we were there, we had to wait approx. to go to the table, as the waiters had passed another family in front of us......When we seat, they told us the pork (main dish) was sold out... We got really frustrated, as we went there to eat that. We asked for other dishes, and after a while, the manager comes to the table and apologizes for what happened, and offered us for free some pork with full sides. We were happy for his knowledge of the mistake, and will to make customers happy. The food is great, and the price is totally fair, if not cheap!! Recommend it."

"We stopped in Chapa on our way north for a dinner and we’ve been very pleasantly surprised! It’s a very cosy neighbourhood place in Santarém but the food is just outstanding so delicious and well cooked. We’ve seen watertanks with the seafood in...the hall so everything is super fresh. House wine turned out to be very decent as well. The service is very friendly and the menu in English definitely helps. Totally recommend for all seafood/fish lovers for both lunch and dinner, it’s worth a little reroute!"
