"The service was bad, the side of the egg came out after all the escapes were finished. dinge were forgotten. service was friendly but terrible slow. eating was unstoppable and very small. our 11 years old ordered the waffel entree and it was a waffel the size of their palm. they could have eaten three: big atmosphere, but not worth a visit if there were so many amazing facilities throwing away only one stone."

"Our waiter, Hari, was excellent, but he was having to do too many jobs that night. Staffing was hurt by weather issues that made many people dining outside come inside, and he did not have enough help. The food was very good as it has been in the past. The noise level was very high unfortunately."

"The house chips with Maytag bleu cheese were a great start as usual. My prime rib had 4 star flavor with 2 star chewiness . I have had the ribs and the burgers before and sort of wish I had ordered either instead of my prime rib. The loaded baked yukon gold potatoes were really good. The drinks were fine and there was a more than adequate selection of wines by the glass."

"The view from the patio is overlooking a lovely lake/pond in the distance. Very nice. Ordered smoked salmon off the breakfast menu. Very good and fresh. The bagel was standard, but all the other ingriedents were so good, it was fine. Wait staff was very friendly and accomidating. Perfect for breakfast."

"Nice spot. Great, fresh ingredients, very good flavors and an enthusiastic staff who knows their food and drinks, answers all questions. Wood fired pizzas either simple or with very creative combinations. All the appetizers are very good. We have had nothing but great experiences here. The space is very cool, comfortable, modern and relaxing. Good place to take a date. It's a nice quality step up for a pizza restaurant and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food."

"When we made our reservation, I noted that the restaurant had moved to the second floor, but they failed to mention that it was a temporary location, and I did not expect to sit in a cavernous hallway close to event rooms on a much too-low banquet. Transparency is the key, and they should post a picture of it so diners can make an informed choice. While the service and staff were good and kind, the food was poor to mediocre. There were three of us, and two of us were served cold prime rib and cold mashed potatoes. Not just luke warm but cold. We asked the staff to warm it up, and they kindly brought us new plates. The warm food was still not good. As a local, I have chosen the W many, many times since it first opened, but this experience, especially on Christmas, was enough to keep me from going back, and the $400 for three meals and one glass of wine was a waste because the food was not good."
