"This place is amazing but the server/cashier is a jerk. I love the chicken and I love the dressing they give and the sides (fried plantain potato salad) the food is the best and the reason I come back. The chubby dark-haired gentleman who serves is a cashier and a waiter, you cannot ask him anything because he does it reluctantly. I've been here like 5 times just for the food but that man gives terrible service. He gets upset and makes faces for asking for boxes, bags, plates, etc... I asked him for prepared mayonnaise because he gave us a very empty one and after that he reluctantly brought me another very empty one. If they charge you for the mayonnaise or scold you, tell me that I'll pay for the food for something and if you want the mayonnaise too, but don't do it reluctantly or half-heartedly."

"My first time ordering and I purchased 3 of their largest pizzas. I ordered all pizzas with only one topping. When the pizza was delivered and I was in disgust of what I saw!!! The topping did not cover the pizzas at all! I paid $35 for each pizza to receive only bread and cheese. Spoke with the manager and to no avail nothing was done. I was told to order extra toppings next time! I'm glad, I didn't because maybe they were going add to extra pieces of Italian sausage.... Lol. Not worth the price.... Next time Little Caesars Pizza and half the price!!"

"Gorditas are delicious. There used to be a place in Little village called Gaby's gorditas. They were so delicious and the portion size was good , the red guisado de puerco taste great. I would only say the size of the gordita is too small. Think regular hamburger, Gordillas serves a white castle version of a gordita. For those who don't know White Castle, it's a restaurant that serves small hamburgers. All that said, you must try them, there is also one in little village."
