"I wanted to try this place last time I was in Melbourne but they were closed, so I made a beeline here today while I was visiting Melbourne again. It was worth the effort (not a great deal of effort to wander the lane ways of Melbourne on a sunny day lol) Anyway I opted for the special "premium kurobuta pork loin set". The pork was moist and delicious with a crisp light crumb. Served with Pickles, miso soup, potato salad, and the lightest fluffiest rice it was absolutely tasty and delicious.It's a small intimate space so not great for groups but for singles couples or threes it's a great tasty option."

"The food and the staff were pretty good, but when we arrived, we were told that the kitchen went to finish in 15 minutes, so we quickly and less than an hour after that they were our table in an effort to move us out to close them. our booking e-mail said we had the table for an hour, but we were hardly an hour there and we were rushed all the time."
