"The food was ok nothing special waiters were polite the place was not at all busy even though it was a Saturday night!!! No atmosphere at all, would go so far as to say dead!!!!!! The biggest issue was you had service charge !!!! What a ripoff!!!! Why do restaurants do that when there prices are high anyway, we have been to better places, much, with no service charge... will not be going back 1 because of the service charge and 2 place was not good ..."

"The service on a Friday evening meal at 7.15 was terrible. Our starter came pretty fast, but we had to wait 30 minutes. The staff was apologetic when we complained. We felt there were too few waitresses who were not properly trained. They went from tables that needed clearing to sip their drinks at the bar and did not keep a good eye on their customer tables. The bar staff allowed a variety of dirty glasses to stand on the bar, so they then wash a large amount. so disappointed as Browns are excellent in London. we will definitely not go back to Liverpool Browns."
