"We didn't expect to stay at Hotel Wilder Mann, but due to an annoying overbooking at our hotel, we were there! The change of plans meant that all the restaurants I had explored were from our hiking area. We decided to give up for the day and eat at the hotel, which was a big decision! The restaurant is small but comfortable, with perfect service. I had a seasonal asparagus carving dish with sweet potatoes, and my husband had served a dish of three grilled meat in Gravy with the best roasted potatoes we ever had. (I wish I knew the exact name he was talking about! Portions were generous and quite expensive. It's a missed jewel!"
