"Olive branch is one of my favourite resturants in Edinburgh im never disappointed. "Really nice food. I ordered fillet rare, it was a very thick piece of meat and unfortunately was cold in the middle (not room temp cold but just out of the fridge cold), a heads up from the staff and id have ordered medium rare. My husband had a rib eye and the cut was very thin, it was cooked rare as asked but its a shame the cut was no different than what you get in a supermarket. The sides were amazing. I would come back but only because I'm now armed with more knowledge. My advice for anyone who has never been before is to check with the staff how thick cut the meat is before you decide on how you want it cooked because your usual goto doesn't necessarily fit. But we will be back. The food was very very good."
