"My wife and I took the funicular up from Lugano to Monte Brè and had a little bit of a walkabout in the woodsy area overlooking the incredibly scenic vistas of lake Lugano, before arriving at the Grotto Castagneto (which had been recommended to us...by a friend). We had a wonderful, relaxing lunch and, before leaving, took some photos with the lovely owners, Roberto and his wife, Christina. The tiramisu is, as they say, to die for so make sure to have some (you won't be disappointed We hope to return when we are next in the area (whenever that might happen to be). In the meantime, Buon appetito! :"
