"Awful, we arrived and we were seated right away. Good first impression. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. The drink came out. The appetizer was very good. Then we placed our order. WE SAT AT OUR TABLE FOR ONE HOUR. Our waiter said 2 minutes until our food comes out. We waited another FIFTEEN MINUTES until we had enough and left. Would not go again. Service was bad as well."

"Toros is well known trademark in the area. If you're looking for well-seasoned perfectly-cooked meats then you're in the right place. You will not be disappointed. With their wide variety of menu options (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and atmosphere they truly capture Turkish culture and succeed in transferring it to Jersey. I wish they had a broader dessert menu. I hosted dinners and events here and they went above and beyond."

"I went on Friday the 26th for my son’s birthday. First, the table they gave us was next to the kitchen, after we complained that we made a reservation for a table in advance. They gave us a table at a dark corner while the restaurant had only consisted of our family and a smaller family in another table. Our options were unfairly limited, and we were given the worse tables for our reservation, but it gets worse from there. Our food was poorly done, especially with my daughter’s salmon which was charred and overcooked. The rice was overcooked as well and she did not want to eat anymore. My wife also did not like her pasta because it was way too sour. After complaining about the quality of the food, especially on behalf of my daughter, we were not given any compensation for the poor service, and I find this unfair and unprofessional of the staff."

"Located next to and physically part of a bookstore, one would think it just has light snack food, but in reality an upscale restaurant with a unique take on traditional dinner selections. Food is really good. Nice place, but on the expensive side. Great place for a dinner date, with both indoor and outdoor seating."
