"The daily menus are excellent, I still have to try the menu which will undoubtedly be very good. The adjective that comes to mind for the menus is “tasty”! If we exclude the most prestigious restaurants, the chef and his brigade deserve the maximum score. The staff is attentive, friendly, fast and warm. And the view of Lake Geneva is magnificent and the mountains..."

"I noticed that the last review for the Royal Plazza in Montreux dates back a very long time and things have changed a lot since then! I have known this hotel and all ils restaurants for 25 years and have seen it evolve. If the hotel deserves its 5 stars for its location, this is no longer the case at all in relation to the quality of its service for the last few years. When you call, the people are polite but just like in a pizzeria! No special effort is made for customers. As for the food, it is good, as it would be in a pizzeria, nothing more. Very desappointing."

"It may be a bit difficult find out there. Location is the lake side of the underpass of west side of Montreux rail station. It was Spanish tapas restairant before. Now, name may be changed. The taste is natural Chinese. Price is good. A problem...is that they have a Karaoke, sometime young people are singing. It would be noisy to eat and talk. But it is not always."

"We were recommended this place by our Hotel ( Eurotel) staff and we were very happy with the suggestion. Excellent food, pizzas in particular with a nice bottle of wine and you are sorted. the location is excellent with uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains( sitting outside).few good places around montreux, this is definitely on of them"

"La qualité/prix de la nourriture acceptable, mais le reste une catastrophe. A noter que l'établissement n'est pas géré par le casino, information obtenue par le directeur du casino. Le service lamentable et sans sourire. La présentation du personnel non soignée. Chemisier d'une serveuse non repassé, un serveur qui joue en permanence avec 2 portables et les tables sont nettoyées avec un spray et une veille patte. Mieux encore: à la fin du repas, les clients étaient partis, une serveuse vient avec un charriot de service avec des bacs et verse le reste des assiettes dans les bacs ! Quelle hygiène et belle vue. Les plats du jour sont servis sur des assiettes froides, conséquence le plat refroidi très vite."

"It was our first time at this restaurant recommended by friends. The experience was very deceiving. The young waitress forgot our wine and then we waited 40mins for a pasta plates. After being served, the food was enjoyable but none of the numerous waiters asked us if everything was ok. Not even a coffee or other was offered to compensate for the poor service. “Tout ça pour ça” absolutely not worth it."
