"Unfortunately, the noise level in this restaurant makes too difficult to conduct a conversation that is one of the reasons why people go in restaurants. Food and service are very important, of course, but if you are not easy to talk to the person you... are talking to him, the experience makes much less pleasant. Friends and I went to Earls regularly, but stopped because of the noise. We decided to try again on Friday and remembered why we are no longer going. With the loud music and crying babies the experience was not pleasant. We also found that it was more expensive when it was once $40 for a glass of wine and half an order of ribs made it an expensive evening."

"I regularly went to Cactus Club at Richmond Center, to pick up DoorDash orders, The professionalism and friendly service at the front desk , was 5 stars out of 5. "This place as been around.... This place has been around forever, I'm pretty sure it's gone through a lot of different management in its time because its quality has had its ups and downs. More recently the food has been good. The pork is good, and everything doesn't taste like MSG! I'm pretty sure they're advertised as being MSG-free these days."

"Approximately 25 of us sat in a private area for a celebratory dinner. The meal was preset where several courses were shared between 2 people: hummus and pita, iced shrimp, Greek salad (Caesar salad substitute if requested), fried cheese (yum), stuffed prawns, main platter included calamari, chicken, lamb, and each person got a plate with rice, potato and veggies and then a dessert plate. The service was good and the food delicious."

"Never been to a dim sum place like this but will def return. Spectacular food, some very familiar dishes and lots of new ones to try too. Unique decor. Never been to an almost all white dim sum place. Weird at first but it works....Amazing service too."

"We decided to go for dinner and have steak. The Chop Steakhouse was recommended by a friend and it was great. The drive was not far from our hotel and close to the casino.The service was friendly but a little slow at times.The steaks were very tasty and cooked perfectly.My big disappointment was they did not have J,Lohr wine which was listed on their wine list. Instead we had to try a substitute wine which was not as good."

"I went through the window of this restaurant and it looked interesting, so we went back the next day. it is among many choices Asian restaurants in another richmond mall complex. You can smell the dome when you go into the door. Most of the... pieces are grilled and quite spicy, but they ask how spicy they want. we had the lambskewers (mutton) chicken kewers for our meat. with cumin and other seasoned, it is very delicious. four spits come in order. we also had the rice cake, which was grilled like everything. beside orderings of flower cabbage and louch are very nice and cheap as well. they also have Korean dishes and bring with them the Korean flavors. we ordered a bibimbap in a stone bowl and it was delicious. we also had a laugh. the bill for the 4 of us was under $50. a nice change. try it. they have some interesting other skewered items like chicken-gizzards."

"This is not the first time that I was badly treated in this restaurant. I've been ordering here for a few years and had one of the waitresses, supposedly she's manager, talking to me as if I were dirty. she was always rude and aggressive. I've always ignored because I like to eat it, but this time she pushed it too far. I had ordered a roll that I had ordered many times before, but when I received the order, it was something else. I went back to let them know and was said in the round: “You are mistaken, they ordered online, we cannot help them”. the manager even took the acknowledgement from my hand, looked at me and told me last time that I ordered something else. I explained to her that I had ordered the last time, but it didn't like, so I wanted the roll I wanted to order regularly. then she pushed me the box sushi after she coughed me the food and told me to go and that they can't help me because that's what I had ordered. I had never seen it before and wanted just a simple fixation with the right roll, or at least a refund. but after they were re-entered with my food, I no longer wanted to eat it obvious and threw it into her restaurant, in the müll. I am appalled with the fact that she is managerin and she treats people on this wise, even if I just tried to explain the situation calmly. never again. in the past, I had tried to add a 10% voucher to the order, but the website was not working. the same manager/stress told me that I was wrong, it works, but she would give it to me even though she shouldn't. how can anyone think that they can treat such people? damaged."

"I always stay at the hotel across the street when working in Richmond but have somehow always overlooked this place. WOW!!!!! The food is second to none and the service was fast and super friendly. Really upbeat and fun atmosphere with great beer. This is now my "go to" place for fresh and amazing Japanese Izayaka food."
