"Ernest’s never disappoints. There is nothing on the menu that is not absolutely delicious, from the marinated crab claws to entree of filet mignon to bread pudding dessert. The service and ambience match the excellence of the food: everyone is courteous. You can tell everyone is well trained in customer service, your glass is never full and no request is outrageous. If you get a chance to go and think it is out of your price range, go on Speak Easy Wednesday very affordable! And if you are in your golden years, go in Thursdays!"

"I have been eating here since this place opened. It's one of my all-time favorite places! The food is delicious. You cannot go wrong. I highly recommend the clam chowder, the shrimp salad, the chef salad, well, just about anything they have is delicious.And the apple pie is to die for."

"Hidden gem in Shreveport! My husband and I love trying local restaurants wherever we land as military. Belle Fresca was hands down the best meal, margaritas, atmosphere, and service we have experienced in Louisiana! I had filet mignon, cooked perfectly the first time. My husband had the Cajun Alfredo with shrimp, hand made noodles homemade sauce. But by far the highlight for me was the ravioli appetizer… divine! Both pasta dishes were actually better than authentic Italian restaurants in New Jersey. Our waitress, Benn had fine dining service skills and was super friendly, and a well dressed gentleman attending the dining room, slipped over and discreetly filled water glasses every time they were within an inch of the bottom. The only critique we could give is that the faded sign in front and bland looking building doesn’t do justice to the quality and overall class of the establishment."

"This was our first visit. There was no wait to be seated by a friendly hostess. We were seated next to the open kitchen so I could see the food being prepared. I had the stuffed chicken and my husband had the spaghetti.Both were very tasty. The chicken was moist. Our server Olivia was amazing. She kept our drinks filled and our table cleared. She just glided by and there was a fresh drink. The portions are generous so we had a lot to take home. Olivia had already made a container of fresh bread, olive oil and basil along with to go drinks. The atmosphere was nice, no loud overbearing music. The only issue was a tall male server complaining loudly about something. He neededto talk in private with the manager, not out on the floor. Overall the atmosphere was wonderful, the food is great,and the service was outstanding."

"Excellent Mexican food! Absolutely the BEST tortilla chips I've ever had. OMG we ate 2 baskets of chips ???? The Ahi tuna tacos were delicious and the enchilada/taco combo was equally delicious. Will definitely go again!"

"The taste of the food was between ok and good, nothing special. I had higher expectations after seeing reviews. I ordered a pasta dish with sausage. I guess pasta, sauce and sausage are homemade, but I was disappointed when the dish arrived with 3 small bites of sausage. I ordered a cocktail that arrived weak and mostly with ice in the shape of a juice glass. When the waitress noticed that I drank it in a few sips, I asked for another one, but without ice. What I got was an 8 ounce glass of milk with a dash of Kahlua in it. No way to impress. I just wanted a good drink."
