"We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a chicken Caesar salad. The salad came, looked lovely but the poached egg was freezing so, as covered in cold yolk, had to get a replacement. The lovely manager came and advised I wouldn't be charged for the salad and apologized. Lovely! The replacement came and while the egg was now warm, it was hard. There was barely any parmesan and 4 small bits of chicken. The bread with this version was also halved! I can only think that because I wasn't to pay for it they quartered the salad size. The chicken was overdone and barely warm. Wondered if they rescued it from the first one? Anyway, I certainly would have refused to pay almost £14 for it. So disappointed as the first salad looked fantastic. 3 stars as the pizza was nice and the staff, very understaffed, but were lovely. I won't be returning"
