"We had a great time at Fireside, but I will say that our service was pretty slow. I wouldn't necessarily blame the server, but he seemed overwhelmed due to the crowdedness. It was definitely a busy night, since it was Saturday and Mother's Day weekend, but I felt that it took forever. For example, we had been seat for 35 almost 40 minutes before we all got water and a beer and the beers we got had absolutely no foam left, which usually means they were sitting for a while. For a brew house, you would think that they would be able to serve a beer at premium quality. The food was great and the beers were fine, but the service was definitely left something to be desired."
