"The Cheesecake Factory offers an extensive menu, which can be overwhelming due to the numerous options available. However, the service at this particular location was disappointing. Despite available seating indoors, we were directed to a less desirable area near the entrance, next to large windows. Additionally, we were not offered the bread basket typically served. Instead, we were promptly handed menus and pressured to place our orders immediately. The waitstaff lacked friendliness and attentiveness. Furthermore, despite requesting a red velvet cake to go, we received a classic cheesecake instead. Overall, while the food quality deserves a solid three rating, the service falls short and warrants a zero."
