"I usually don 't leave reviews, but I felt this was warranted. We were very disappointed in the service. The barista wasn 't friendly at all. It was like, What do you want? No smile. As business owners for over 30 years, one of the most important things is greeting the public with at least a smile. They should be thankful someone is coming into their place of business to help pay their paycheck. Repeat customers are key. Also, when she rang up our order, the only choices for a tip were 25% or 30%. With those as the options, I would think they could at least produce a smile or say thank you. I am not sure we will be returning to this place of business. It is sad that the owner loses a customer. Hopefully, friendliness can be restored. One employee, especially at rush hour in the morning, could lose a lot of customers."
