"We were excited to check out this spot for lunch and the views didn?t disappoint. However, the food and service are not worth the high prices. Breakfast is only served until 11am and the lunch menu is very heavy and not enticing for an outdoor meal. The best thing on the menu are the fresh juices which are $12. The rest of our orders were relatively disappointing. A $34 Greek salad with shrimp (one of the few lighter things) consists of a small bowl of mostly greens and 4 cold shrimp on the side taken straight from shrimp cocktail, for example. And waitstaff is aloof and doesn?t know the menu. Our waiter was nowhere to be found most of the time and told us the shrimp on the salads comes grilled. It seems they hire based on looks alone. Maybe breakfast is better here but you have to order before 11am. However, our $250 lunch for 3 without any alcoholic drinks was a total miss. At least valet parking (the only option) is free. Please bring on a better chef and staff for such a high end establishment."

"Very convenient to beach and town. Rooms very spacious and nice kitchenette. Staff very accommodating. Loved the no TV in rooms. Didn?t like the loud music all day and night especially so close to most cottages. Would?ve went to bar more but didn?t like how it was in back of restaurant with no view and disappointed with the pina colada. Nice pool."

"HOLY COW! Hands down the best matcha I have ever had and of course the toast was amazing....they even had a gluten free option. Super cool vibe and cute stand! Owners were very fun and hip, wish they were in the Hamptons year round. Heard they are opening something up in LA, very cool concept. I am a big Bravo Toast fan!"
