"Great pastry, amazing food, and most importantly wonderful staff. The place is very clean and their menu has a wide variety of pastry and yummy sandwiches to choose from. I visited that place few days ago for the first time, and i have been going there for lunch every day now."

"I have been getting food at Everest for more than 20 years. It has always been good quality and the service good. BUT when I ordered pickup a few days ago I ordered my favorite item, carne asada burrito. The meat was gristly and tough, about 1/3 of it was not even edible. The pieces were not minced as usual and one was about 3 inches long. I waited a couple days to call, because I didn't want a refund or another item. I just wanted to let them know in case there was a new supplier or cook. The poor quality of this item could cost them customers, so after much thought, I decided to let them know. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and castigated me for not calling the same day or the next, even though I said (or tried to say many times) that I didn't want anything other than to let them know. His words and tone were combative, and he kept interrupting me, over and over and then finally he hung up. I am writing this review because his behavior was unacceptable, especially when I tried to make it clear that I was doing this so they would be aware of the problem."

"First time here. I like this place. I ordered The Don which is pizza with homemade sausage etc. I really like their sauce which is also homemade. Set in a small shopping center in Altadena.
