"My husband and I made a reservation through Open Table. We were seated and ignored for the first 15 minutes. The hostess returned and offered to get us drinks because our waiter, who we never saw, was busy. The hostess brought us water and our waiter finally appeared with our wine. He said he would be right back . We saw him go to the group behind us five times. We saw him across the room twice. After being there for 35 minutes, without our waiter taking any order, we asked the hostess for the manager who was expediting in front of the kitchen. To his credit, the manager offered us another waiter and offered to comp our wine. By that time we were so annoyed, we left. My husband and I have both worked in the restaurant business. We know bad service when we see it. Happily, Peppercorn Grille is right across the street. We had two great meals there. Sadly, they are not on Open Table but are on Yelp."

"Huge portions, and I mean huge. I finished the Avalanche but my friend got the Knuckledragger. Judging by the menu description it looked like a reasonable breakfast but when it came, the pancakes were enormous! The pancakes that come with the Knuckledragger are different than their normal pancakes, which came in another order at our table and were normal-sized. He was given the challenge of finishing it and if he did, his pic would be on FB, but even with our help it was too much. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to indicate on the menu which items are challenge items. This had no negative affect on our experience though, the food was great and the prices were impressive. Service was attentive and friendly."

"Went in the expectation of smoothies, but they were pleasantly surprised with the avocado toast and açaí bowl options! they also have ginseng dishes when they are in that. ordered the power bowl, really fill and very good! customer service was also great!"

"Owner did not tell the truth in her response, She did not open door early for me. I came in after she opened for business, I did not yell when after waiting while she was loudly talking and stopping in the middle of slicing strawberries repeatedly. When I asked to be just given she went all Amber Heard crazy.The person in line behind me left without ordering. Many reviews here are how bad the service is. I 'd guess she had employee problems because she is a nightmare. Not to worry she will go out of business. Original post. Signs all over the place to be kind to employees who bother to show up. The employees working this morning were rude! They were talking over the very loud music and when I asked to just give the order to me screamed I don 't deserve to be spoken to this way ! I had just said please give me my bowl. It was ready and just sitting. Order was secondary to their recap of personal problems. The inmates are running the asylum. Other people just walked out. I feel bad for the investors. Wha"
