"I've been going to the Trident since 1994. It's iconic Boulder.... great people, great coffee, great food, great books. It's unique and fun. I'm grateful it hasn't been gobbled up by big chains or yet another Starbucks. To those of you who didn't have a good experience, give it another shot. Trident is a special spot and I've only had great experiences there in the last 20 years. Thank you to the owners and staff for keeping the Trident alive and well! :"

"Soo yummy and quick. My favorite fast casual restaurant as of late. I wished they opened one in the fenway/kenmore neighborhood. The mac and cheese is to die forrrrr! The charred chicken is really good as well. The sheet carrots are pretty good too. I will rave about this place till i die! Maybe a little less oil would help. Otherwise, very good."

"I went there and had lunch today I had a brown rice roasted chicken roasted corn and mac and cheese. I ate at 1:00 by 5:00 I had explosive diarrhea I don't even know what explosive diarrhea is but I had it and I've been so much pain and my stomach hurts and I have chills and all I had today was a orange in this bowl for lunch.Food: 1/5"

"I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and I was surprised at there were so many people there on a weekday afternoon. There was available seating but no individual tables available. While waiting for my latte, I was able to snag a seat on the stage in the front. I ordered the rose matcha latte with nonfat milk. Usually it's hard to make latte art with nonfat milk but it was so beautiful and tasty! It wasn't too sweet, the matcha tasted high quality, there was the perfect amount of rose flavor, and was creamy. It was so good and I would definitely get it again! It was 7 dollars but after tip and tax I think it was 8.35? Expensive but it was so good and looked so good. I would get it again!"

"Ordered their house coffee with heavy cream and the receipt said “splash of half and half…” which is what I got. It tasted very bold and gritty/earthy which is the exact opposite of what I like. But if that’s your thing then this is your spot The inside looks like they just bought the place and still need some money to decorate The staff were like unemotional robots Two-stars for a decent raspberry cheesecake."

"Mosquito/fruit FLIES are common and STALKS not broccoli – Yes. Maybe they should change the menu to read broccoli stalks because if you order any salad or bowl that has broccoli on it that 's what you 'll get served. I have seen this amazing fast food healthy joint go from great-to-average-to bad over the years, as they went corporate and started opening lots of restaurants. According to an insider, they decided to start serving stalks instead of florets a few years ago. They are both just as nutritious... Maybe, but florets are not only more appealing but have less fiber and more vitamin A. Some stalks are ok. But to get served 90% stalks and 10% florets is not only unappealing, but makes me want to go to the bathroom. Also, be prepared to see flies, lots of flies. Once I had a late dinner and the next day I was food-poisoned."
