"Best bottomless ever! Had a nightmare organising my girls Xmas do and settled on all bar one, my expectations weren’t high, as I’m not a chain girl, but I was blown away, Ethan was spectacular, he went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time, the drinks were flowing faster than we could say merry Christmas, and the food was lovely too! But to be honest the customer service made the experience, I’m a stickler for good service and this exceeded all expectations! Cheers to Ethan and his fabulous team, my second time having wonderful service from him! Would recommend to anyone who wants a good time and an even better service! Made my year xxx"

"An unexpected gem. The food is truly excellent, and there are plenty of gluten-free options. As someone with allergies, I really appreciate this so much. You can tell gluten-free options aren't an after thought, but something they actively strive to include for their customers. The coffee specials are also awesome- I've had an espresso tonic before and I love them, but you rarely see them on a menu. The espresso coconut water drink is another special find and it's what I chose- refreshing and just sweet enough. I love that they use honey and cinnamon instead of only sugar. They are clearly health conscious and also their food tastes like real, home-cooked healthy (and not boring) food. Not many restaurants can make that work, but they do! Yum yum yum. Would come back to Salisbury just for this place!"

"The breakfast here is top top notch. Everything we ordered was delicious and we felt like we’d missed out because we couldn’t order more (mainly because the portions are huge). Very fair prices as well. Probably the best breakfast in central London. Come early though, as the queues get long!!"

"Excellent breakfast whilst waiting for our flight to board. Have eaten at Giraffe several times, usually in Kings Cross, but was happy to see one in Heathrow. Had a lovely , reasonably priced, fresh and tasty breakfast. Mine was smoked salmon and sourdough. My partner ordered eggs with ham and both dishes were amazing. Service was efficient and friendly, even though it was very busy. Very recommended for value and freshness out of all the cafes on offer in terminal 5"

"I am withholding a star for the 12.5% service charge slapped on to the bill. This goes into the owner's pocket and the waitress looses out because I would have left more as a tip! Breakfast was good, pancakes and an avocado toast with poached eggs. Good efficient service and nice relaxed atmosphere. Will go back."

"Nice cosy cafe, enjoyed the rare sunny weather sitting outside. Had an avocado toast for the first time assumed it was overrated but i was wrong it was amazing the hype is real specially the sour bread made it extra delicious. Staff was nice and friendly definitely will visit again."
