"Added avocado to my burger. Literally almost nothing there. One French fry slices of avocado in between. Waste of money. If I could add photos I would. Can’t even hardly see any avocado. Paid for nothing!!! Also tenders box that cost $11 is 4 small pieces. Better off at KFC or Popeyes. There you get two sides and more pieces!! Burger was supposed to be medium but was char on the outside and undercooked on the inside."

"So I love their sandwiches and the quality is always amazing, but I can’t give them enough credit! This is the third time I’ve gotten a BYO sandwich from them and the reason for my comment! My eldest son is 3 and is autistic. He’s very particular with textures and that goes for food too. When I say he only eats Mac n cheese and Pbj sandwiches I mean aside from chips or fries, that’s all the food he will touch. HOWEVER, when I get my BYO sandwich (ham, avocado, olive, pickles and lettuce) he will eat it! He will never eat these ingredients on or in anything at home! But he will eat these! From amazing staff to amazing food, and now my son is eating things he will never eat anywhere else, I’m so happy!"

"Partner and I decided to check out the place around 6:30, right before it closed. We decided to get one drink for the time being since we just came from another cafe. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice initially but as soon as she noticed we were only ordering one drink her presentation shifted completely. We started getting rude stares while finishing our payment and once the drink was prepared, we were not told it was ready but instead just left on the side of the counter unannounced. Needless to say, we will not return. The customer service is very poor."

"I have eaten a Moreno?s Friendswood for years. Today as we often do had lunch at the church ordered tacos and the shells were stale! Call the manager after several minutes in fact we had emptied the shells so we could have something to eat the manager who previously for years has been a waiter came over and we shared a disappointment and he offered a new play tacos however because of the time it took for him to respond we did not want any play what we wanted was a discount reflected in our meal price. He actually said and I quote I didn?t come here To have a discussion. After further discussions he finally gave us a discount on the tacos. His lack of willingness to listen and remedy the issue in a manner that was appropriate has resulted in the result of a long-term customer."

"Less options of choices on the buffet compared to other Fogo de Chão locations. When requesting a certain temperature on the way the red meats were cooked, didn’t come out as requested. Maybe it’s because it was Christmas Day and I can understand maybe lack of full staff. Will try again on a less stressful day."

"We had dinner at 19 o'clock on Thursday night. the bar area was full, the restaurant was quite empty. we tried the flight between us. it was good and interesting to try different aromen. the avocado éirolls were delicious."
