"I always come here and get the same thing. Some grumpy woman that took my order said I couldn't do an add on that I have always gotten with no problem before. She then went to the lady at the front to gossip about it and I heard her. How unprofessional! The food is great but her service was subpar."

"Guys rly need to step your game up... I 'll be honest, we only visit here if the deli nextdoor is closed. The bagels just aren 't the same and it 's not even close. So, when I do stop here, I try to just get egg or deli sandwiches. Stopped in earlier, only 1other cust waiting, still took 24 min to get two small sandwiches. Not even going to complain about price so I know that 's notyour guy 's fault, but the service rlyyy needs to get better. 25 min wait, 1 tiny strip of bacon on my bacon and egg sandwich,just all around always disappointed leaving here. Just one time I 'd like to leave this place feeling like I got my money 's worth"

"Wonderful little place. Decent coffee and excellent breakfast menu. They helped customize items to remove eggs and meat and make it vegetarian. The avacado toast and green chilly bread were really good. The baristas are very cooperative and always had a smile on their face. We didn't taste any cakes or pastries here, however we saw a couple people take away ordered birthday party cakes and heard them praise and appreciate their quality, so I am guessing they more mostly repeat customers."
