"The chilaquiles were very delicious, customer service was not very good by one person, but was changed by another person. People sometimes have a bad day. Since the food was so good I got a hot chocolate and a cookie and both were made to perfection. Thank you from the tummy."

"I have spent a decent chunk of my money here at this specific Robeks and it?s always a hit or miss experience for me. Sometimes the main woman and man working there are super nice to me and other times they make me feel like they just want to take my money and for me to get out of there as fast as possible, not minding that customer service is a huge part of running a business. I used to go there a lot until I had a downright embarrassing experience where my debit card was shut off due to suspicious activity and they blatantly yelled at me in front of other customers ?your card got declined, you need another form of payment!? I had no clue that my card was shut off and they were just acting super unprofessional about me being confused. What a shame. Probably won?t be back and I?m gonna stop recommending my friends to come here."
