"Stopped here in the middle of our National Park trip and it was the best decision ever. It’s pretty chilly in mid-September so we stopped to warm up- ordered the Kari Seafood curry and Pumpkin curry- they were hot, beyond excellent, and well worth the price. We wish we had a place like this at home!"

"Just moved to the area and wanted to try diff mexican restaurants, we are stuck on this great place! In the past, we used to drive to go to playa bonita restaurant (next door) but now we wont go back, this beautiful little restaurant beats it by far!!!!! The food tastes great and their service is great too! Ive tried their torta ahogada YUM, tacos de barbacoa, barbacoa, enchiladas, tacos, bacon wrapped shrimp and i have yet to be disappointed. We are working our way thru the menu altho i keep ordering the torta ahogada, its amazing. When you go, try their Jamaica and champurrado too"

"You might walk in and think that you have the wrong place based on the appearance of their website. In other words you might be expecting some place a little bit fancier. The decor was definitely that of a tavern. It wasn't especially bright. Tables and chairs and benches were wooden. But the food was wonderful. The drinks were great and.generous*. The lady bartender was surrounded literally by men sitting at the bar all around her. But she never skipped a beat. She saw us come in and she came right over and got us a drink and asked us if we needed menus. She came back and she checked on us and our food and our drinks. I had the carne asada salad. Both blue cheese dressings with and without Chipotle were delicious!!! I would definitely come again. Next time I'm having the personal pizza for $7. Happy hour is between 3-6."

"The Taro Ice cream and Fried Bananas was the first fried banana I've ever tried, and it tasted fantastic! I'm in love with this dish, especially because I already knew I loved taro ice cream. My two favorite sushi rolls that are beginner friendly (people who have not had sushi before) Are the 6. Brody Bear Roll Also Known as Godzilla (Fried) and the smaller shrimp tempura roll. Both of them taste exquisite and as a sushi fan I'm very picky, but Hai Sushi House never fails to deliver excellent dishes. Coming from a picky sushi lover, you absolutely have to order something from here! You won't regret it. I am a loyal customer 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give 10 if I could haha. Also the Thai Tea is very good as well."

"Some of the freshest sushi we have had in a long time. Cool place, too. Even the desert was fresh. Entirely unexpected. When I first arrived and saw the sheer number of rolls on the belts, I assumed they were going to be a bit stale. Not even close. A little pricey, especially if you’re not paying attention to the colored plates, but about average these days."

"Updated review went in tonight order a veggie burger and salat with balsamico vinegar dressing. the burger was pretty good as it was made from black beans. the salad was quite delicious fresh. the Huckleberry limonade was refreshing. the waiter was pleasant and attentive. I'll be back soon."
