"Worst customer service EVER! I ordered online (through their website) and I went to go pick up the order and they were closed (during business hours) so I called the next day and they were AWFUL. Basically they charged me over $54 and have REFUSED to refund me or even give me a gift card for the amount. It was over the holidays. I have tried now for over a month to get my money. The food is just subpar anyway but the fact that they just took my money makes me LIVID. I have worked customer service my entire life so I know they can do something. They were so rude on top of it and made me cry. Gross experience."

"My bf and I had a gift certificate for here so we stopped by for a snack to split. We got a chocolate cherry smoothie and a Cali sandwich- BEST sandwich I’ve EVER had; it was warm with a nice toasty yet soft texture, the cheese was slightly melted, there was plenty of freshly cut avocado… literally every part was perfect. The smoothie was excellence with LOTS of natural flavor without needing syrups and sugars packed in, like a guilt-free Valentine’s Day in a cup! We both enjoyed the meal and absolutely can’t wait to go back! Prices are fair for what you get (I mean come on it’s fresh, healthy, organic, incredibly tasty, and convenient) and the wait was reasonable! My bf was the one who went in to pick up and he said the girl helping him was soft spoken but very polite so that’s also great!"

"Great service and food! I went there late night and had Zach as my server and he was amazing. He made a wonderful martini and helped me select the calamari and truffle fries. He was super personable and a great bartender. The food was really good too and great for happy hour."

"Normally I’d send it back, but my girlfriend doesn’t like to complain; she’s just said we won't go back. But since we spent almost $60 for two plates of halibut that wouldn’t measure up to one serving in any other restaurant, I have to say something. Our waitress was an amazing, super nice person; this isn't her fault, but $27 for a piece of halibut that equaled four bites; I’d likened it to the size of a McDonald's hash brown patty, only not quite as thick. I thought they were joking, or maybe they thought we were splitting a meal. But when the bill came, it reflected two orders. I say, charge $10-$15 more and give me a decent portion. We all understand things are going up in cost. On top of that, one little scoop of mashed potatoes and a small serving of killed asparagus. If you’re going to skimp on fish, at least compensate with potatoes and veg. The appetizer was great, and the bread pudding…best I’ve ever had. We ordered bc we were still hungry after our small meal. But the meal, the jewel of the evening, fell very short; on top of all that, it wasn't as hot as it should have been, I sent in an email first, but no response. There are several choices in town, we won't consider this again."

"It is a fun place to celebrate a birthday, we sat, they cook entertaining. Some had sushi and some had cooked before us. Both were delicious, the service is always good. My four-year-old nephew calls it the whale restaurant he enjoys the white rice and the waiter knows him. Although they brought my niece to the birthday dessert, we were allowed to bring our own cake. Very clean, good service and lots of fun memories."

"This was my first visit and I was so impressed. I ordered the breakfast waffle with avocado and everything was cooked fresh- and perfectly. This was so much better than I expected. I also got the dulce and it was great too. And the customer service was outstanding.Parking: Plenty of parking that is easy to access from the street.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s accessible parking, but it’s not super close to the building. The parking lot is on the side of the drive thru for the adjacent business. Wheelchair users (and everyone else) have to cross through the drive thru lane to get to the front door. There are tables inside where wheelchair users can easily sit."
