"This restaurant is the best rated Vietnamese restaurant in nola for 2015, so why can they not eat here veg*ns? oh, yes, we can! if you look at this simple menu, it is classic Vietnamese with banh mi, bun (vermicelli,) pho, goi cuon, com (rice,) appetizer and some special dishes. However, if they read a little more accurately, they can see that they note that the sauces under the fit nola section are vegan! that means that the other com and bun dishes can have slightly vegan sauces, also. just give them to, they are vegan sauce, not an egg for the Com dishes. So, what is to get? several types of rolling such as zucchini, avocado, shijitake or tofu. brown rice noodles or regular. then for the bun or rice/ com they can order with tofu, zucchini or auberginen. Of course there is the pho! yes, vegan pho! there is also a vegan specialty. so many tasty choices, it's great to come here and feel like they're not second class. so easy and so delicious. with so few Vietnamese places that observe our vegan palate, this is a tasty bite. it is high quality, and venen can also have some! enjoys!"

"Folded paper menu at counter has guide to vegan options, can sub/add grilled tofu to all options. In a big building, guessing its lunch crowd are the office folk upstairs. Hearty salads and wraps, can build your own, in addition to their menu. Kombucha and coconut water among their drink options. Fast and courteous staff. Probably not acceptable for people with allergies, as they use the same utensils to mix things up, and looks like there's a lot of opportunity for cross contamination in the ingredients area. Felt like I was in a cross between an Eco-McDonalds and a Subway Wasn't bad, but I don't know if I'd go out of my way to eat there again. But a perfectly acceptable place if you're in a rush and in the neighborhood!"
