"Both the salmon teriyaki and the beef teriyaki were as expected with generous servings at a very good value. The "steamed vegetables" were at best a garnish; we would have liked more. Next time Ill add some salad or edamame on the side."

"Had lunch here recently. The lunch was ok. One person had the quesadillas which they felt were bland not up to the usual quality. Another had the club sandwich which was rated as ordinary. I had an omelete which was good. Service was average as well. Not up to their usual service or quality. However, will be back."

"We live right next door to this place. They have a simple menu, they aren't trying to reinvent the wheel here. The burgers including the cod and salmon ones are scrumptious. They make everything fresh. The ahi tuna dish is a big serving, I don't really like the sauce so I just get them to grill it with salt and pepper because it's great quality tuna and doesn't need to be all dressed up. There seems to be something for everyone on the menu. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other area eateries. We enjoy spending time with Seth at the bar, sometimes we just pop over for a glass of vino and a draft, shoot the breeze a little. We enjoy having this addition to the neighbourhood and we feel really at home when we pop in to grab a bite or just a couple of drinks. Easy going neighbourhood eatery, exactly what we needed right next door."

"It's much better this time- the ambience, the location of our table and the 3 course meal. The ribs are so tender they fall out of the bones and the bouillabaisse was perfect with al the seafood in it. We also had the honour to have the manager "Roy". Overall, It was a super dinner experience. We also used a Groupon high was great!"

"I have tried this restaurant and all the dishes I have tried was delicious! Pho (raw beef) is good, and pork Vietnamese sub was delicious! Not all the Vietnamese restaurants carry Vietnamese subs so if you are looking for both Pho noodles and subs sandwiches, here is your place!"

"These guys are awesome. I was the frantic lady that came in first thing to try to cobble together something for my kid's lunch (in the middle of a move and reno and forgot!) and they were super helpful. :) Will definitely be back!!!!"
