"I recently had dinner at Bourbon Street Bar and Grill and encountered some complications with the preparation of my steak. Despite requesting it to be cooked to my liking, it consistently arrived rare. This resulted in a very long waiting time, leaving my waitress understandably displeased. However, she took the initiative to voice the issue to the owner, and to my surprise, my entire dinner ended up being compensated as a gesture of apology.Despite the initial setback, I must say that the ribs I had were amazing, and the wine selection was divine. The flavors and quality of the food truly impressed me. Moreover, what truly stood out was the exceptional service and effort demonstrated by both the owner and my waitress (although I can't recall her name). Their willingness to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction left a lasting impression.Despite the rocky start to my evening, I would gladly return to Bourbon Street Bar and Grill for a meal whenever I find myself in Vernon. The commendable service, delicious food, and the genuine efforts made by the staff have earned my appreciation and trust. I am confident that any future visit will be met with the same level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction."

"I want to love it here because everyone is so nice but my order is always wrong. My usual is an everything bagel with egg, cheese, a hash brown, with salt, pepper, and ketchup. The other times I was here and ordered this, they either forgot the cheese or ketchup, ok no big deal I guess. Today, they remembered the cheese and S,P,K but forgot the hash brown."

"Food was good, service was good and fast. The portion size was large. It wasn't much crowded when we went on a cold day. They have very good pina colada, but this is not listed in their menu. We asked, and they said they could serve. Overall we liked our experience and recommend friends and family."

"A cute place with a wonderful vibe, conveniently located, good coffee, delicious food, and great staff! The outdoor seating is sprawled out across the property with some shady spots and some sunny spots, plenty of room if you're looking for privacy. The best seats next to the creek are always taken, but I've never struggled to find a table I like. Hang out for hours, never any pressure from the staff to hurry up. Perfect location to catch up with old friends or to meetup with someone new!"

"Always great! The Hispanic lady is always friendly and wants to meet you. The guys are great. You remember your orders and make your dish look so good that you don't want to eat it anymore because it looks pretty. They cuddle the avocado the best thin slices. I must say that at the beginning when the new change of the owner happened, I was sad because they took the Boba drinks out. But I think I asked enough in the first few weeks to bring it back. I'm sorry for the Boba's trouble. Can't take Boba from people because Bobalife, you know. Good news about the changes. Food and service is always great! Keep the excellent work. Good luck!"
