"Came here on saturday night. Was very busy and got a seat with my fiance straight away. Waiter we had was very attentive with a high energy and positivity. We ordered the feaat for 48.50pp. Was a huge amount of food. It all tasted amazing and we took the left overs home.<br>

Great wine and live entertainment during dinner also. Will definitely be back."

"Unfortunately disappointed after reading great reviews. Ordered the beef burger and got chicken, maybe the guy at the bar misunderstood and that's ok. Burger was passable but a bit sloppy and rushed together. Chips could only be described as cold. Kitchen wasn't busy so the cook served up old chips anyway instead of frying some fresh ones up, that is so crap and shows he doesn't care. On the bright side the atmosphere of the bar is great for a drink but won't be going there for food again."

"I read about this newly opened little place on Must Do Brisbane and thought we'd give it a try. It is in a small local shopping centre heading out of the city on Waterworks Road. Parking can be difficult, but we managed to get a park on the street approaching the cafe along Waterworks Road on a Saturday morning. The couple who run this place a really friendly lovely people who are pastry chefs. You will see freshly baked items in their little cabinet that you won't see everywhere else. We had the chocolate, walnut mocha tarte (beautiful and rich) and the buttermilk tea cake filled with maple caramel filling. You can get a coffee and sit at the little tables outside (nicely shaded under and awning) or take the product away. They have built up a reputation supplying products to the wholesale industry and this is their retail venture. I hope this local business succeeds. The cakes are really nice. They are dog friendly too."

"4 of us headed to Harvey's for dinner last Saturday. We shared an entree between couples and the Pate (grandmas old recipe) was a standout, amazing. 2 of our group had the Barra special and was cooked perfectly , tasty and good size and was perfectly matched with the risotto, while the steak served with mushrooms was the best I have had for a while. Deserts were okay. Definitely would head back."
