"In 2002, Nimesh Varnamia and his wife Sharmi set up a food truck that sold only one item - Rajwadi Khichdi. “From that humble beginning, they now have two restaurants under the brand name Jalaram Khichdi that serve authentic Gujarati, Kathiyawadi and Punjabi cuisine in the city. The Kathiyawadi dishes from Baajri, Juvra and Lasaniya Rotla with Lasaniya Bataka and buttermilk are highly recommended. The Rajwadi Khichdi with Gujarati Kadhi is also a must on the menu."
