"I'd like to start by saying I always rush to write bad reviews when I have a bad experience but never a good review when I have a good experience so I would like to say I always have trouble when it comes to delivery from any restaurant, however I thought I'd try deliveroo, and ordered from this restaurant, after one hour I was told by deliveroo the food is ready and going to be collected however I then had to call for an update as the food did not arrive and they advised me that they have no drivers and food will not be delivered I was not happy, I then decided to contact the restaurant to see what could be done, such amazing customer service and so polite they offered to deliver the food for me (free of charger without deliveroos charge) and offered me to re make my order because the order had been ready for an hour and would be cold so this amazing restaurant delivered me fresh food much faster and much cheaper and with greater customer service! 100% would recommend to try as food is amazing! Thank you to the staff at Arnika restaurant."
