"We entered this establishment not knowing what to expect since he picked this place a random. I picked the Rockin Ribs from the menu to see if their quality of ribs would meet my expectations and also hoping to wow me. From the look of the place it seems it would be more enjoyable if they guested talent as there is a allocated space for a stage.<br>

I didn't know the baby back ribs dish was for sharing but thankfully nothing went to waste since I licked the meat off the bones haha! The dish was served with fries and vegetables so you wouldn't have to worry about ordering extra sides. The fries was not seasoned so you had to get ketchup to have some flavor for it. I was satisfied with how the ribs was cooked with quality. It was easy to remove from the bone and the flavor didn't leave me overdosed with the barbecue.<br>

"Rack's used to be the only place for amazing ribs. They owned the market for fall of the bone meats. And they did this for many years. Today as we have the golden age of restaurants, real competition is giving them a worthwhile challenge. <br>

Rack's still has 15 stores strong and they found themselves innovating and adopting to the needs of a profound number of customer profiles. Recently they launched Sriracha Pork Ribs, a spicy variation with bold Sriracha flavor. <br>

Despite price points here on the high side, my staff and I dined here, it was my treat. We had a range of meats going including their staple juicy and flavor abound, Baby Back Ribs; lean and delicious Pork Ribs; a bit tough to bite yet tasty Beef Ribs and a whole Fried Chicken that tasted like Shakey's pride and joy. <br>

We also had ample sides like creamy mashed potatoes, garlic filled garlic butter bread, sweet corn muffin, fresh vegetables of string french beans and carrots and loads of plain rice...

"- they have a very long list of items in the menu however as a customer you may not really identify what would be their flagship offerings - Soup serving is quite small - Quite a long wait for the main course I ordered (baked rice) to think i visited way past lunchtime"

"Downtown and Halstead (FMU)DISHES/BEVERAGESMUSHROOM SOUP Php250.00 - Thick, pureed mushrooms soup. You can see actually see those mushrooms that were liquefied. This would have been great if it weren't too salty for my liking. TIKKA WRAP Php240.00 - Paired with tzatziki sauce/dip, good choice if you want a filling yet lighter dish.PORTOBELLO AND QUINOA SALAD Php250.00 - I love that this dish is on the 'healthier' side. Just the right amount of flavor, not that salty. The other ingredients they mixed with the quinoa goes really well with each other.PORK SKEWER Php150.00 - Very tender and very tasty pork meat. Might be good if paired with rice.CHICKEN SKEWER Php150.00 - Same as with the Pork Skewers, very tasty and tender.LENGUA SKEWER Php250.00 - In my humble opinion, this dish is reminiscent to that of the Lengua with White Mushroom Sauce dish, only there's no sauce. The lengua cubes are very tender and tasty as well.CRISPY PORK KNUCKLES Php580.00 - The most favorite dish I've tasted here so far. The pork skin is very tasty and crispy to the bite, not too salty, goes well with their dipping sauce. This is a sure winner when you feel like having booze to go with it.BABY BACK RIBS Php580.00 - A little on the salty side, but maybe because its just too tasty. Maybe if I pair these with rice or potatoes perhaps will do the trick.CHORIZO PASTA Php385.00 - I loved how the chorizo made a huge impact on dish dish, sauce is a bit too thick only, but still good.SEAFOOD PASTA Php350.00 - Not much of a fan of this pasta dish. I guess they made the wrong choice of herbs to incorporate in this particular dish. I'm jaut not sure though. Maybe a little lemon wedge would help with the taste.BUFFALO TENDERS Php290.00 - Another instant favorite, and so is their blue cheese deep thats equally awesome as their tenders.FRESH ORANGE JUICE - Their juices are freshly squeezed from natural oranges, not canned, very refreshing.COFFEE - I'm impressed with the taste and their latte art.COFFEE LEMONADE - All praises for this beverage. Its really so good! At first it sounded so odd to me and then I tried it and was very happy I did! :))AMBIANCE Artistic interiors, a very good hang-out place with the gang. Though a bit dark for me if you would eat breakfast to start the day. Parking spaces available. SERVICEVery courteous and accommodating staff. VALUE FOR MONEYThough a bit on the pricey side, I wouldn't mind paying for food and experience such as this."
