"I'll put it like this. This IHOP was much better than the one in my area where I live. They did however make substitutions to my omelets with no notice but that cook NAILED IT. I didn't even mind. I was suppose to have white cheese sauce and they used a variety of other cheese and it was the best Ham and Cheese Omelet I've ever had. My kid had the Willy Wonka pancakes and I never thought a purple pancake could taste so good. Now for the negatives....they gave my 8 year old a cup that a 2 year old should have had and then she never refilled it until about 45 minutes closer to when we were going to leave. The waitress never checked on us after we got our food and seemed more interested in the table behind us. It was very crowded for a Lego Convention but comfortable also. Bathrooms need more stalls. Only a urinal and a handicap stall in the men's room. It was more of a positive experience minus the negatives. I'd go again."

"My family and I went out to eat at IHOP after church. Normally this IHOP in st andrews road is really good with great customer service. That was not the case yesterday. We sat down to be waited on for like 10 minutes. My husband had to call for someone to come take our order. It was a bunch of employees sitting down playing and laughing with each other at a booth beside us. The guy that was working in that section acted as if he didn't want to service us. So they sent someone else to be our server. Her name was Skylar she was great. While eating we witnessed a lot of horse playing going on, the employees was arguing with each other and they was playing in each other hair (gross) I didn't witness anymore wearing gloves or washing their hands after messing around in each other hair. We were so tempted to leave but our server was really good and professional. There was two occasions where the staff was playing and running in the restaurant. (Well that's not safe). There was a gut sitting across from us he also witnessed this and he just shooked his head in disbelief. It was super cold in there. When we was getting g ready to leave there was no on there to check us out. We child have easily skipped out on the check but were not like that. finally a young man came to check us out we was nice. That experience was unpleasant and we have always eating at this location and never had a bad experience until now since it's under new management. I believe they are all family and it's too much arguing and playing round going on especially in front of paying customers. Not cool at all very unprofessional they have to do better."

"My family loves to come here. The food is great, the staff really works hard and I appreciate their efforts. Waiting for food is reasonable and the staff is always ready to make it right for you. This location is clean and the parking lot is sufficient. It is not so crowded at the times we were there (5:30 or 8:00). Your bathroom is a hit and miss. Some days are better than others, but you can’t really blame the staff for some customers needing to train some manners and pots anywhere, but that’s not IHOP staff responsibility. Another thing I like about IHOP and one of the reasons I support them. They are not discriminatory when they rent. I work with some people with social and intellectual disabilities and they have jobs at IHOP. These people tell me IHOP trains and supports them, and I love and respect them."

"We reserved a table for two by the fireplace for a cold winter evening. We both had pasta dished which came with a generous and tasty portion of salad. The bread was hot and fresh. Ben was our server and did an excellent job; he was very attentive with refilling our drinks."

"My party of 3 took us 2 hours to get seated and have our stuff brought to our table (45 minutes wait for the table, and about an hour for the food to come out). It was slow, packed, the waitress rarely came to our table and she got my order wrong. It took forever for us to be able to pay we were all done eating and she never came back with the check even though she was serving tables around us. Definitely heard a cook arguing and cursing at the manager. The food was good tho..Probably will not come back."

"Excellent service. Fast and very accommodating. I felt noticed waiting for my easy pickup order, which they just made flawless. A very kind waitress helped me, and as I waited for the short period of time, I was asked by the manager and 2 other team members if I had already been helped. They are very clean and professional here. I’ll definitely be recommending this location, it clearly has great management. Thanks! Anastasia"
