"We ordered veg dum biryani and paneer biryani take out. After going home we saw that it was chicken biryani and we almost ate it. We come from a strict vegetarian family and our family was upset to see nonveg food. The restaurant did not even bother to apologize or deliver vegetarian biryani to rectify. We were told to once again go pickup our order. Busy evening is not an acceptable excuse for such irresponsibilty. Never eating there again."

"HORRIBLE online ordering experience and decent but salty food! Ordered ahead online so that I can make up for my long drive time. This order was confurmed by the restaurant. But after reaching there 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, I was told that the 'system ' had a glitch and the order came in only 15 minutes before. They said another 20 30 minutes and I agreed. Meanwhile, I was witnessing multiple other parties coming in, complaining about the delay but eventually getting their order and I was still waiting. My order was finally ready almost 1.5 hours after my original pick up time. And add my drive time to it, we had a pretty late dinner today! Server was apologetic but no other attempts to make up for the wasted time.About the food, Charminar Dum Ka Moorg was excellent really rich, creamy and flavorful. Paradise Chicken Fry and Goat Biryani were good but both were really high on salt. Chicken Biryani rice was ok but chicken pieces were kind of odd it had regular chicken pieces and some batter fried chicken pieces which were for sure not part of original biryani. This was as well high on salt. Portion sizes and meat content were good. Gobi Manchurian was so sour and wasn 't edible; we had to trash it.In short:1. Do not trust the online ordering, better to call ahead. Menufy (their current online order partner) customer service is also useless.2. Account for delays when you order ahead or dine in.3. Literally empty restaurant, so don 't think dine in is a pleasurable experience.4. Watch out salt content."

"The Batura was the worst I ever tasted. The paneer butter masala had the gravy like water and paneer was so under cooked. We felt as if we were eating raw paneer . The mango lassi even tasted worse, as the if it was prepared few days ago. Pani puri water was so bland, looks like more water was mixed with leftover Pani. Even the Puris had smell of long shelf stored and looked spoiled. Dont even deserve a Single Star after tasting the food today. We had to dispose off 70% of the food. I am very dissappointed with Dosa Biryanis, as we used to order lot of times earlier and had delivered good quality of food, except they missed to deliver Mango lassi lot of times. I had call expicitly to remind them to pack the lassi with order."
