"Das Restaurant wurde erst vor kurzem etwas umgebaut. Dabei hat sich am Essen jedoch nichts geändert. Man bekommt meist guten Durchschnitt. Oft aber auch darunter. Nicht immer wird alles frisch gekocht. Auf Nachfrage wird man teils nicht mit der Wahrheit konfrontiert. Daher kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen, wenn sie irgendwelche Nahrungsmittel- oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittelunverträglichkeiten haben. Im schlimmsten Fall verbringen sie dann einen Tag im Bett oder auf dem WC.Wer Durchschnitt sucht, bekommt hier sicher genau das.Ich war vom Service und der Essensqualität zuletzt nicht mehr begeistert und werde daher dieses Lokal nie wieder besuchen. In Hohenems gibt es auf jeden Fall bessere Lokalitäten...aber auch sicher schlechtere.Im direkten Kundenkontakt und speziell beim Essen zählt nur eins: Top-Qualität und Service. Das muss nicht gleich teuer sein, füllt aber jedes Lokal. Leider verstehen das immer noch nur sehr wenige Wirte."
